Refund/exchange
At GymChase, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help!
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date, and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may not qualify for a refund.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will contact you with available alternatives.
Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Eligible Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for products that:
- Have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Are returned without original tags.
- Are returned without original packaging.
- Are requested outside the stated return or exchange window.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed.
GymChase reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
